RUWAN ZAMZAM MAI ALBARKA
Tarihin wannan ruwa, kamar yadda yazo a cikin
Sahihul Bukhari, Lokacin da Annabi Ibrahim (AS) ya
ajiye matarsa,da dansa, a wajan, Mala'ika Jibrilu, ya
buga wajan da duddugansa, sakamakon haka aka
sami ruwan Zamzam,
Wannan ruwa dashi aka wanke zuciyar Annabi
saw, a lokacin yana dan shekara hudu, a wajan
Halimatus- Sadiya, da kuma lokacin tafiya Isra'i
Manzon Allah saw yace: Ruwan zamzam, (zaa sami
biyan bukata da niyar ) da aka sha. Sahihu ibn
Majah.
idan mutum zai sha ruwan zamzam yasha da niyya
mai kyau, kuma yayi addu'a ta gari, kamar yadda
magabata sukeyi,

TA'ADDANCIN 'YAN SHI'AH A KASAR SYRIA DA TAIMAKON KASAR RASHA DA IRAN

Daga Ash-sheikh Dr Muhammad Sani Rijiyar Ilmi yaka cewa;
A cikin 'yan kwanakinnan na abubuwa da suke faruwa na kisan kiyashi da abubuwa na tashin hankali da bakin ciki ga 'yan uwanmu musulmi kuma ahlussunnah wadanda suke a garin Halab kasar Syria.
Garin Halab wanda turawa suke cewa Aleppo, Halab yana daya daga cikin dadadden garuruwa a duniya, a tarihin kafuwar duniya yana daya daga cikin dadadden garuruwa domin garin Halab ya riga garin Ruma da wajen shekara dubu uku (3000), saboda haka garine dadadde ba wai na yanzu ba.

Yana daga cikin baiwar da ALLAH yake yiwa bayinsa kebantattu, shi ne ya hore musu bai ta ilimi. Hakika, Allah ya yiwa Dr. Bashir Aliyyu Umar baiwa ta ilimi a fannoni da dama, bayan kasancewarsa Injiniya ne, kuma kwararren Malamin kimiyyar Hadisi ne. Malam ya karanta Ilimin Hadisi da kimiyyarsa a Jami'ar Musulunci ta Islamic University of Madinah tun daga matakin Degree na farko har zuwa Degree na uku inda Malam ya yi Kimiyyar Hadisi wato (PhD, Hadith Sciences).Allah ya yiwa Malam Bashir hikima da kaifin kwakwalwa, da sanin hukunce-hukuncen da suka shafi Ilimin Fiqhu, Allah ya bashi hazaka, da iya warware mas'aloli cikin hikima da ilimi.

Bayan kasancewar Dr. Bashir kwararren Malamin Sunnah, Malam Marubuci ne na Hausa da Turanci, domin ya rubuta litattafai da dama wasu anbuga su tuntuni wasu kuma ba'a kai ga buga su ba. Malam ya rubuta litattafai da daman gaske kamar The Methodology of Imam Ahmad regarding the inconspicuous weaknesses of hadith narrations, Garkuwar Musulmi ta Addu'o'i daga Alkur'ani da Sunnah; Hausa translation of Hisnul Muslim Min Adhkaaril Kitaab was Sunnah, Na Dr. Sa'eed bin Wahf Al Qahtani, Useful Ways of Leading A Happy Life, Fadakarwa Kan Hukunce-Hukunce da suka kebanci Mata Muminai. Wadannan su ne kadan daga cikin irin dumbin litattafan da Malam Bashir ya rubuta a cikin Ingilishi da Hausa, bayan haka kuma, akwai wasu litattafai da Malam ya rubuta wadan da ba'a kai ga buga su ba kamar: Between the Companions and Members of the Household of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, 55 rules regarding the inconspicouos weaknesses of hadith narrations and their applications among the scholars of hadith (an original work), Takhreej Nusoos 'aml ahlil Madinah fil Muwatta wal Mudawwanah da sauransu da dama.

Malam Bashir kwararre ne wajen sanin Ilimin Aqeedah, ya yi fice sosai a wannan fage, haka kuma masani ne a sauran fannoni Ilimai da dama, kuma masanin siyasar duniya, kuma Masanin Tattalin Arziki Bisa koyarwar Shar'ah, uwa uba kuma Malam Bashir Mahaddacin AlQur'ani ne, Ya Salam! Malam Bashir Mutum ne mai kan-kan da kai ga tawalu'u, yana girmama ilimi yana kuma girmama malamai masu Ilimi. Watarana, wasu al'amura guda biyu sun faru akan idona, Na farko wani ya zowa da Malam Bashir da wata fatawa, amma sai ya tambayi meye ra'ayin abokinsa Dr. Muhd Umar akan wannan fatawa. Abu na biyu kuma, wani ya tambayi ra'ayinsa dangane da kalaman da Barack Obama ya yi a lokacin da ya kai ziyara kasar Masar ga Musulmin duniya, a lokacin Dr. yace mu saurara muji ra'ayinsu Sheikh Dr. Yusuf Qardawi tukuna. Wannan ya kara nunamin irin yadda Malam Bashir yake taka-tsantsan da Ilimi da kuma girmama maganganun Manyan Malamai.

Malam Bashir mutum ne wanda duk mutumin da Mu'amala ta hadasu da shi, sai ya fadi alkhairinsa da kirkinsa, da kaunarsa da jama'a. Mutum ne salihi, Allah ya bashi baiwar iya rike sunayan mutane, Yau zaku yi Mu'amala da Malam, Insha Allah bayan shekara guda idan ka dawo zai ambaci sunanka, bai cika manta suna mutanan da ya yi mu'amala da su ba. Allah ya bashi wannan baiwar.

Sannan kuma, Malam Bashir kusan yana daga cikin mutanen sahun gaba wadan da suka yi uwa suka yi makarbiya wajen ganin tabbatar Bankin Musulunci a Najeriya. Da shawarwarinsu da maganganunsu da hangen nesansu wannan alkhairi ya tabbata da dumbin al'ummah ke cin mariya a yanzu. Hakika Malam Bashir yana daga cikin kalilan din mutane da Allah ya yiwa tarin baiwa mai yawa da dumbin hikimomi. Na tabbata idan da za'a tara mutum goma da suka san Malam Bashir zasu yi rubuce-rubuce mabambanta wajen bayanin waye Malam Bashir. Tabbas Dr. Bashir Aliyu Umar kwararren Malamin Sunnah ne a wannan zaminin a Najeriya ta Arewa. Sautinsa bai tsaya iyakar Arewacin Najeriya ba, wajen kira zuwa ga Allah da Tauhidi, sautinsa ya karade kasarnan da sauran kasashen Afurka da Asiya da Gabas ta Tsakiya. Allah ya sakawa Malam Bashir da alheri, ya sanya albarka a cikin rayuwarsa da iliminsa da zurriyarsa. Allah ya yawaita mana irinsu.

HUKUNCIN KARBAR KYAUTAR IDIN KIRSIMETI DA CIN ABINCIN WANNAN RANA KAMAR YADDA SALAFUS SAA'LIH SUKA YI BAYANI

1- Da yake a Nigeria ana zaman cakuda ne tsakanin su Kiristoci da kuma al'ummar Musulmi.

2- Sannan da yake shi Musulunci addini ne da ya bayyanar da hukuncin dukkan wani lamari da ya shafi rayuwar dan Adam, ko dai ta hanyar nassi, ko ta hanyar zahiri, ko ta hanyar ishaarah da iimaai.

3- Sannan da yake akwai masu bidi'ah da dama da ke halatta abin da Shari'ah ba ta halatta ba, ko haramta abin da Shari'ah ba ta haramta ba, lalle ya dace a yi wa al'ummar Musulmi bayanin hukuncin abin da ya shafi wannan Idi na Kirsimeti ta bangarorinsa da ke iya shafar wasu al'ummar Musulmi.

To amma kafin mu shiga bayanin wadannan hukunce-hukunce ya kamata Musulmi su san abubuwa kamar haka:-

1. Shi dai bukin kirsimeti wata bidi'ah ce da bata da Kiristoci suka kirkira sannan suka maida ita wata ibada da ake samun lada ta hanyar yin ta kamar dai yadda wasu Musulmi suka kirkiri bidi'ar idin Maulidi, Kiristoci sun kirkiri wannan bidi'ar ce kuwa a shekarar Miladiyyah ta 360, watau a cikin karni na hudu bayan haifuwar Annabi Isa alaihis salam.

2. Ya kamata kowa ya san cewa ba ya halatta Musulmi ya yi tarayya da wadanda ba musulmi ba cikin bukukuwansu na idi, watau ta hanyar halartan wasu tarurruka da za su kira, ko ta hanyar ba su wani taimako domin karfafa idodin nasu, wannan dai shi ne hanyar Salafus Salih: Sahabbai, da Taabi'ai, da 
Taabi'uttaabi'in; dalili kuwa shi ne:-
Imamul Baihaqiy ya ruwaito cikin As-Sunanul Kubraa hadithi na 19,334 cewa Sayyidina Umar Dan Khattab Allah Ya kara masa yarda ya ce: ((اجتنبوا اعداء الله في عيدهم)). Ma'ana: ((Ku nisanci makiya Allah cikin idinsu)).
Sannan Shaikhul Islam Ibnu Tamiyyah ya ce -kamar yadda ya zo cikin Al-Mustadrak Alaa Fataawaa Ibnu Tamiyyah 1/108, da Mukhtasarul Fataawaa Misriyyah1/517 :-
((وليس للمسلمين ان يعينوهم على أعيادهم لا ببيع ما يستعينون به على عيدهم ولا باجارة دوابهم ليركبوها في عيدهم لان أعيادهم مما حرمه الله تعالى ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم لما فيها من الكفر والفسوق والعصيان)). انتهى.
Ma'ana: ((Musulmi ba su da damar su taimaka musu cikin idodinsu, ko dai ta hanyar sayar musu da abin da za su karfafu da shi, ko ta hanyar ba da hayar dabbobinsu domin su hau su cikin idinsu, saboda idodinsu na daga cikin abin da Allah Madaukakin Sarki da kuma manzonSa mai tsira da amincin Allah suka haramta, saboda abin da yake cikinsu na kafirci da fasikanci da kuma sabo)).

3. Babu wani wanda ya isa ya bugi kirji a duniyan nan ya ce: ga tabbatacciyar wata da rana da aka haifi Annabi Isa alaihis salam a cikinta, sai dai kowa ya fadi abin da yake zato kawai, wannan shi ya sa ma Kiristoci masu yin bukin ranar Kirsimeti watau ranar haifuwar Annabi Isa alaihis salam suka yi sabani dangane da ranar da za a yi wannan bukin zuwa mazhabobi biyu:-
Mazhabar farko: Za a yi bukin Kirsimeti ne a ran 25 ga watan December, wannan ita ce mazhabar da Catholic, da Protestant, da kuma mafi yawan bangarorin Kiristoci ke bi.
Mazhaba ta biyu: Za a yi bukin Kirsimeti ne a ran 7 ga watan January, wannan ita ce mazhabar da bangarorin Orthodox ke bi.

4. Kiristoci kafurai ne kamar yadda Yahudawa da Majusawa da sauran masu bautar gumaka suke kafurai, babu sabani cikin wannan mas'ala cikin shari'ar Musulunci.

5. Ya kamata a san cewa akwai wasu kafuran da Musulunci ya kebanta su da wasu hukunce-hukunce saboda tabbatar wa Musulmi wata maslaha, wadannan kuwa su ne: Yahudawa da Kiristoci, su wannan nau'i na kafurai Musulunci ya halatta wa Musulmi cin yankansu, da auren matansu, sabanin mabiya addinin majusu, ko mabiya addinin Hindu, ko mabiya addinin Budha, ko mabiya sauran addinai na bautan gumaka.

Idan Musulmi sun fahimci wannan sai mu shiga bayanin mas'alarmu da muke son yi wa jama'a bayaninta, muna rokon Allah Madaukakin Sarki Ya taimake mu.
HUKUNCIN KARBAN KYAUTUTTUKAN KAFURAI A RANAR IDINSU:
Su kyaututtukan da kafurai -Ahlul kitabi ko wasun Ahlul kitabi- ke ba wa Musulmi a ranakun idinsu na kafurci da bidi'ah sun kasu kashi biyu ne:-
1. Kyaututtukan da suke ba nama ba ne da ake bukatar yankawa, watau kamar irinsu: halawa, da tufafi, da kayan marmari da sauransu.

2. Kyaututtukan da suke nama ne da ke bukatar a yi masa yanka irin ta Shari'ah.
To shi na farkon, watau kyaututtukan da suke ba nama ba ne da ke bukatar yanka irin ta Shari'ah, babu sabani tsakanin Salafus Salih -a dai iya saninmu- cikin halaccin karbarsu, saboda dalilai kamar haka:-
1- Imamul Baihaqii ya ruwaito athari na 18,644 daga Muhammad Dan Siiriin cewa:-
((أتي علي رضي الله بهدية النيروز، فقال: ما هذه؟ قالوا: يا امير المؤمنين هذا يوم النيروز. قال: فاصنعوا كل يوم فيروز)) .
Ma'ana: ((An zo wa Sayyidina Aliyyu Dan Abii Taa'lib Allah Ya kara masa yarda da kyautar (idin) Nairuuz, sai ya ce: mene ne wannan? Sai suka ce: Ya Amirar Muu'miniin! Wannan ranar Nairuuz ce. Sai ya ce: (in haka abin yake) ku rika yin Fairuuz a ko wace rana)).

2- Imam Ibnu Abii Shaibah ya ruwaito cikin Musannaf athari na 24,371, da Imam Ishaq Ibnu Raa'huyyah cikin Musnad athari na 1,606 daga Qaa'bus Dan Zibyaan daga shi mahaifin nasa cewa wata mace ta tambayi Nana A'isha Allah Ya kara mata yarda ta ce:-
((ان لنا اكارا من المجوس وانه يكون لهم العيد فيهدون لنا، فقالت: اما ما ذبح لذلك اليوم فلا تأكلوا ولكن كلوا من أشجارهم))
Ma'ana: ((Muna da 'yan kodago daga cikin Majusawa, sannan kuma suna da ranar idin da suke aika mana da kyaututtuka. Sai ta ce: Amma abin da aka yanka saboda wannan ranar to kada ku ci, to amma ku ci daga 'ya'yan itatuwansu)).

3- Imam Ibnu Abii Shaibah ya ruwaito a cikin Musannaf athari na 24,372 daga Abuu Barzah cewa:-
((كان له سكان مجوس فكانوا يهدون له في النيروز والمهرجان فكان يقول لأهله: ما كان من فاكهة فكلوا وما كان من غير ذلك فردوه)).
Ma'ana: ((Yana da wasu mazauna Majusawa, kuma sun kasance suna aika masa da kyautuka a lokacin Nairuuz da Mihrajan, sannan ya kasance yana gaya wa iyalansa cewa: Kyautar da ta kasance ta kayan marmari ne to ku ci, wacce kuma ta kasance ba hakan ba, to ku mayar da ita)).
Shaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyyah ya yi taliki a kan wadannan hujjojin a cikin littafinsa mai suna Iqtidhaa'us Siraa'til Mustaqiim 2/554-555 ya ce:-
((فهذا يدل على انه لا تأثير للعيد في المنع من قبول هديتهم، بل حكمها في العيد وغيره سواء؛ لانه ليس في ذلك إعانة لهم على شعائر كفرهم)).
Ma'ana: ((Wannan duka yana nuni ne a kan cewa: Idi ba yi da wani tasiri a kan hana karban kyautarsu, a'a hukuncin karban kyautarsu ba yi da wani bambanci tsakanin lokacin Idi da kuma lokacin da ba na Idi ba, saboda babu wani abu na taimakon addininsu a cikin karban kyautarsu)).
TALIKI:
Da wannan ne za mu fahimci cewa: Maluman Musulunci sun hana cin yankan da Majusawa suka yi domin bukukuwan idinsu, to amma fa ba wai sun hana cin yankan ba ne saboda kasancewarsa yankan da aka yi domin bukin idin kafurai ba, a'a an hana cin yankan ne saboda kasancewarsa yankan Majusawan da ba sa cikin mutanen nan ne da ake kira Yahudawa ko ake kira Kiristoci, dukkan kuma kafurin da ba ya cikin abin da ake kira Yahudawa ko ake kira Kiristoci to ba a cin yankansa.
HUKUNCIN CIN NAMAN DABBAR DA YAHUDAWA KO KIRISTOCI SUKA YANKA DA HANNAYENSU SABODA YIN BUKUKUWAN IDINSU:
Shaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyyah ya yi bayani game da cin abin da Yahudawa ko Kiristoci suka yanka saboda bukukuwan idinsu, a cikin littafinsa mai suna Iqtidhaa'us Siraa'til Mustaqim 2/555,558 ya ce:-
((وانما يجوز ان يؤكل من طعام اهل الكتاب في عيدهم بابتياع او هدية او غير ذلك مما لم يذبحوه للعيد. فأما ذبح المجوس فالحكم فيها معلوم فإنها حرام عند العامة. وأما ما ذبحه اهل الكتاب لاعيادهم وما يتقربون بذبحه الى غير الله نظير ما يذبح المسلمون من هداياهم وضحاياهم متقربين بها الى الله تعالى، وذلك مثل ما يذبحون للمسيح والزهرة، فعن احمد روايتان: اشهرهما في نصوصه: انه لا يباح اكله وان لم يسم غير الله تعالى. ونقل النهي عن ذلك عن عائشة وعبد الله بن عمر.....والرواية الثانية ان ذلك مكروه غير محرم))انتهى
Ma'ana: (Cin abincin Ahlul Kitabi a lokacin idinsu ga abin da dama ba su yanka shi saboda Idi ba, yana halatta ne ta hanyar saye da kudi, ko kuwa kyauta, ko wanin haka. Amma abin da Majusawa suka yanka hukuncinsa sananne ne, watau haramun ne a wurin dukkan malamai, to amma abin da Ahlul Kitabi suka yanka saboda idinsu, da kuma abin da suke yin ibada ta hanyar yanka shi ga wanin Allah' kamar abin da suke yankawa saboda Almasihu, da Zahrah, irin dai abin da Musulmi suke yankawa na Hadaya, da Layya, domin neman kusantar Allah da shi, to, Imam Ahmad yana da fatawowi biyu game da hakan, fatawar farko wacce ita ce ta fi shahara: Wannan ba ya halatta a ci shi koda kuwa ba a ambaci sunan wanin Allah a kansa ba. An nakalto hana cin wannan yankan ma daga Nana A'isha, da Abdullahi Dan Umar.. Fatawa ta biyu ita ce: Cin wannan yankan makruuhi ne ba haramun ba. Wannan ita ce mazhabar Malikiyyah, Imam Malik ya kyamaci cin abin da Ahlul Kitabi suka yanka saboda Coci-Cocinsu, ko saboda idinsu amma ba tare da ya haramta hakan ba)).
Sannan har yanzu Sahikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyyah ya ce a cikin Iqtidhaa'us Siraa'til Mustaqim 2/559 :-
((ونقلت الرخصة في ذبائح الأعياد ونحوها عن طائفة من الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، وهذا فيما اذا لم يسموا غير الله، فان سموا غير الله في عيدهم او غير عيدهم حرم في اشهر الروايتين، وهو مذهب الجمهور، وهو مذهب الفقهاء الثلاثة فيما نقله غير واحد، وهو قول علي بن ابي طالب وغيره من الصحابة، وهو قول اكثر فقهاء الشام وغيرهم. والثانية: لا يحرم وان سموا غير الله، وهذا قول عطاء ومجاهد ومكحول والاوزاعي والليث)).
Ma'ana: ((An ciro yin sauki a kan cin yanke-yanken idodin (Yahudawa da Kiristoci) da makamantansu (su yanke-yanken) daga wani sashi na Sahabbai Allah Ya kara musu yarda amma fa wannan sai idan ba su ambaci wanin Allah a lokacin yankan ba, in kuma har sun ambaci wanin Allah a lokacin yankan to cin sa ya haramta a cikin fatawa mafi shahara daga cikin fatawowi biyu da Imam Ahmada yake da su a cikin mas'alar, wannan kuwa shi ne mazhabar jumhur, kuma shi ne mazhabar Fuqaha'un nan guda uku, kamar yadda mutane da yawa suka ruwaito, kuma shi ne maganar Aliyyu Dan zabii Taa'lib da waninsa a cikin Sahabbai, daga cikinsu ma akwai Abud Dardaa, da Abu Umamah, da Irbadh Dan Saa'riyah, da Ubaa'dah Dan Saa'mit, kuma shi ne maganar maluman Sham da wasunsu. Fatawar Imam Ahmad ta biyu ita ce: Cin wannan yankan ba haramun ba ne koda kuwa sun ambaci sunan wanin Allah a lokacin yankan, wannan kuwa shi ne maganar Ataa'u, da Mujaa'hid, da Makhuul, da Auzaa'ii, da kuma Laith)).
Taliki na farko:-
Za mu fahimta daga maganganun malaman da suka gabata cewa: Abin da Yahudawa da Kiristoci suke yankawa saboda bukukuwan idinsu yana kasuwa ne zuwa kashi biyu:-
Na farko: Abin da suka ambaci sunan Allah yayin yanka shi.
Na biyu: Abin da suka ambaci sunan wanin Allah yayin yanka shi.
To ita tabbar da aka ambaci sunan Allah lokacin yanka ta, Malamai sun kasu kashi biyu game da hukuncin cinta.
Mazhabar farko: Sahabbai da yawa sun ba da damar cin wannan nama. Maluman Malikiyyah, da Imam Ahmad cikin ruwayah sun halattar da cinsa amma tare da nuna kyama.
Mazhaba ta biyu: Nana A'isha, da Abdullahi Dan Umar, da kuma Maluman Hanaa'bilah sun ce cin wannan nama haramun ne.
Sannan ita kuma dabbar da aka ambaci sunan wanin Allah lokacin yanka ta, watau kamar wacce aka ambaci sunan Yesu Almasihu lokacin yanka ta, wannan ma Malamai sun kasu kashi biyu game da hukuncin cin wannan dabbar:-
Mazhabar farko: Cin wannan dabba bai halatta ba, wannan shi ne abin da Aliyyu Dan Abii Taa'lib, da Abud Dardaa'u, da Abuu Umamah, da Irbadh Da Saa'riyah, da Ubaa'dah Dan Saa'mit, da Hanafiyyah, da Malikiyyah, da Shafi'iyyah, da Hanaa'bilah, da mafi yawan maluman kasar Sham, suk fada.
mazhaba ta biyu: Cin wannan dabba halal ne, wannan shi ne abin da Ataa'u, da Mhjaa'hid, da Makhul, da Auzaa'ii, da Laithu Dan Sa'ad, da kuma Imam Ahmad cikin ruwaya suka fada.
Taliki na biyu:-
Za mu iya fahimta daga maganganun da suka gabata cewa: Naman kasuwa da Musulmi ke yankawa da hannayensu idan Kiristoci suka saya suka dafa a matsayin abincin Kirsimeti, to wannan abincin halal yake ga dukkan wanda suka ba da shi gare shi. Wallahu A'alam.

HUKUNCIN CIN YANKAN KIRISTOCI DA YAHUDAWA A MAZHABAR MALIKIYYAH:
A karshen wannan makala tamu za mu yi bayanin mene ne mash'hurin mazhabar Malikiyyah game cin yankan Kiristoci da Yahudawa, saboda Musulmin wannan kasa tamu Nigeria su kara fahimtar irin banbancin da yake tsakanin abin da ke rubuce cikin littattafan Mazhabar Malkiyyah, da kuma abin da wasu jahilan 'yan bidi'ah da suke ikirarin cewa su masu bin Mazhabar Malikiyyah ne, alhali kuwa hayaniyarsu kawai suke yi, son zuciyarsu ne kawai suke bi, duk abin da jahilan shaihunansu suka ce to shi ne addini a wurinsu. Allah ya tsare mu da sharrin Shaidan.
Babban malamin Malikyyah Imamul Qurtubii ya ce cikin littafinsa Aljaami'u Li Ahkaamil Qur'an 6/53:-
((وقال جمهور الامة ان ذبيحة كل نصراني حلال سواء من بني تغلب او غيرهم، وكذلك اليهود)).
Ma'ana: ((Jumhuurin Al'ummah sun ce: Lalle yankan ko wane kirista halal ne, babu banbanci daga kabilar Taglib ne ko daga wasunsu, haka nan su ma Yahudawa)). Intaha.
Khalil Dan Ishaq ya ce cikin Mukhtasar Khalil shafi na 90
((وان سامريا او مجوسيا تنصر وذبح لنفسه مستحله، وان اكل الميتة ان لم يغب))
Ma'an: ((koda ya kasance wani basaamire ne, ko bamajuse ne da yazama kirista ya yanka abin da yake halal a gare shi saboda kuma kan shi, koda kuwa yana halatta cin mushe ne, matukar dai musulmi na sane da cewa shi din ne ya yi yankan)).
Sannan ya zo cikin littafin Adhalulu Madaarik 2/92:-
((يجوز للمسلم نكاح حرائر اهل الكتاب .. وكان الصحابة بتزوجون من اليهود والنصارى كثيرا زمن الفتح .. ونكح عثمان نصرانية، ونكح طلحة يهودية)).
Ma'ana: ((yana halatta ga musulmi auren 'yantattun matan Ahlul Kitaabi.. Sahabbai sun kasance da yawa suna auren matan Yahudawa da Kiristoci a lokacin da ake cin kasashe da yaki.. Sayyidina Uthman ya auri wata kirista, Sayyidina Talhah ya auri wata bayahudiya)).

ABUBUWAN DA AKE SO MIJI YA FI MATARSA DA SU

Aslkm, malam da fatan kana lafiya, wasu tambayoyi nake rokon Malam daya taimakamin da amsoshinsu in Allah yasa malam yasansu,

shin malam wai akwai wasu abubuwa uku da ake so mace tafi mijin da za ta aura da su,
sannan shima akwai abu guda uku da akeso ya fita da su?,
sannan akwai wadanda sukayi musharaka akansu, dafatan malam ya sansu, kuma za'a taimakamin da su.

Amsa :
To dan'unwa masana ilimin zamantakewar aure suna cewa, ana so mace ta fi mijinta da abubuwa uku : ta fi shi a kyau, ta fi shi kananan shekaru, ta fi son shi, sama da yadda yake sonta .

Ana so miji ya fi matarsa da abubuwa uku : ya fi ta kudi, ya fi ta ilimi, ya fi ta jarunta
Ana so su hadu a abubuwa uku : ya zama akwai yaran da yake hada su, ya zama addininsu daya, ya zama dukkansu suna son tarbiyya.


Idan aka samu wadannan uku-ukun, to za'a samu jin dadin aure.
