HUKUNCI SADUWA DA MAI CIKI


Tambaya :
Malam na kanji wasu mutane na fadar cewa ba ya halatta idan
matar mutum tana da juna biyu yayi jima'i da ita har sai ta haihu meye gaskiyar maganar?

AMSA :
To dan'uwa ya halatta a sadu da mace lokacin da take da ciki, saboda fadin Annabi tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi : "Duk wanda ya yi imani da Allah da ranar lahira, to kada ya shayar da ruwansa ga shukar waninsa" Abu-dawud : 1847

Ibnul kayim yana cewa : "Wannan hadisi yana nuna cewa ciki yana kara karfi duk lokacin da ake saduwa, saboda Annabi tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi ya kamanta shi da shuka, ita kuma shuka tana kara girma, idan aka ba ta ruwa" Tahzibussunan 1\193 .

Saidai masana likitanci suna cewa: Ba'a so miji ya dinga hawa kan matarsa lokacin da take da ciki, zai fi kyau ta dinga yin goho yayin da za su sadu, ko kuma ya sadu da ita ta gefe, saboda kwanciya akanta yana iya wahalar da yaron .

Sannan yawanci mata basu cika son yawan saduwa ba idan cikinsu ya girma, wasu likitocin suna bada shawara cewa a karanta saduwa a wadannan lokutan.

Tambaya :
Assalamu alaikum. wata tambaya nake da ita Dr. Wai shin meye gasiyar hukuncin wanda ya sayi kaya a lokacin da suke araha ya boye da niyyar in sunyi tsada ya fito da su ya sayar dan ya sami riba mai yawa? Allah shi dada budi amin

Amsa :
To dan'uwa ya zo a hadisi cewa : "Ba wanda yake boye kaya sai mai zunubi" Tirmizi ya rawaito shi a : 3\567, kuma ya kyautata shi, saidai malamai sun yi sabani akan irin kayan da ya haramta a boye da wadanda ba su haramta ba :

1. Akwai wadanda suka tafi cewa : duk wani abu da mutane suke bukatarsa to bai halatta mutum ya siya ya ajjiye ba, da nufin sai yayi tsada ya fito da shi, don haka har tufafi da magunguna bai halatta a boye su ba, saidai idan ya siya ne da nufin ya yi amfani da su nan gaba.


Ko kuma iyalansa, Wannan shi ne maganar Abu-Yusuf babban almajirin Abu-hanifa, kamar yadda yazo a littafin : Daurul-kiyam wal'aklak fil-islam shafi na : 295. Sannan ita ce maganar Malik a Mudawwanah kamar yadda ya zo a : 4\291.


2. Akwai malaman da suka tafi cewa ya halatta a boye abin da yake ba abinci ba ne da mutane za su ci su rayu, kamar barkono, zabibi, mai, da sauransu, saboda yawanci mutane suna cutuwa ne idan aka boye abinci. An rawaito wannan daga Abdullahi dan Mubarak da Sa'id dan Musayyib kamar yadda Tirmizi ya ambata a Sunan dinsa 3\567 sannan ita ce maganar Shafi'iyya da Hanbaliyya , kamar yadda ya zo a
Raudatu Addalibiina 3\411 da kuma Almugni 4\154


Wasu malaman suna rinjayar da maganar farko, amma idan ba siyan abin ya yi ba, ya mallake shi ne ta wata hanya, ko kuma ya noma sai ya boye har ya yi tsada sannan ya siyar, to wannan bai haramta ba, ko da kuwa abinci ne, har wasu malaman ma sun hakaito ijma'in malamai akan halaccin haka, kamar yadda ya zo a Jami'ussagir shafi na : 481

To dan'uwa akwai malaman da suka ta fi akan cewa makaruhi ne a mikewa malami, akwai wadanda kuma suka halatta. Saidai maganar da ta fi ita ce bai hallata malami ya nemi a mike masa ba, saboda fadin Annabi s.a.w. " Duk wanda ya so mutane su mike masa to ya tanaji wurin zamansa a wuta" 

kamar yadda tirmizi ya rawaito shi kuma ya kyautata shi a hadisi mai lamba ta : 2755, Albani kuma ya inganta shi a silsilatussahih
ah lamba ta : 5957 Amma idan aka mikewa mutum ba tare da ya nema ba, to wannan babu laifi ga wanda ya mike da wanda aka mike saboda shi, domin ya zo a hadisi cewa : 


Annabi s.a.w. ya mikewa zaid bn haritha lokacin da ya dawo daga tafiya, kamar yadda ya zo a hadisin da tirmizi ya rawaito shi kuma ya kyautata shi a lamba ta : 2732,

saidai wasu malaman sun raunana wannan hadisin kamar albani a dha'ifuttirmizi 1\326

Malam yau ina cikin damuwa, saboda na kwanta baccin rana, kawai sai na ji mijina ya danne ni, na yi ta kokarin na kwace amma sai ya ci karfina ya sadu da ni, alhalin muna azumi, don Allah malam a taimaka min da mafita, Allah ya sanyawa zuriyarka albarka

To 'yar'uwa mutukar yadda kika siffanta, haka abin ya faru, to babu kaffara akan ki, saboda takura miki aka yi, kuma ba ki da laifi a wajan Allah

kuma dole ya yi kaffara, ta hanyar 'yanta kuyanga, in bai samu ba, sai ya yi azumin sittin a jere, in bai samu dama ba sai ya ciyar da miskinai sittin, kamar yadda ya zo a hadisin Bukari mai lamba ta : 616.

Malam idan ana binka ramuwar azimi za ka iya niyya biyu : wato da nufin sittu shawwal da ramuwar Ramadhana a guda daya ? don Allah mlm taimaka min da bayani.

Amsa :
To 'yar'uwa kowanne daban ake yinsa, saboda manufarsu ta banbanta, don haka ba za'a hada su da niyya daya ba, kamar yadda ake yi a wankan janaba da wankan juma'a, za mu fahimci haka, a cikin fadin Annabi tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi :

"Duk wanda ya azumci Ramadhana sannan ya biyar da kwanaki shida na Shawwal, Allah zai ba shi ladan wanda ya yi azumin shekara"
Muslim ya rawaito shi a hadisi mai lamba ta : 1164, kin ga wannan yana nuna Ramadan daban, sittu-shawwal daban.
Fadin Annabi tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi :

" Sannan ya biyar da kwanaki shida na Shawwal" ya sa wasu malaman sun tafi akan cewa : bai halatta ayi sittu-shawwal ba, sai bayan an kammala ramuwar Ramadan. Kamar yadda ya zo a : sharhurmumti'i 6\443

Nice nai aure na ya rabu da mijina, wato ya bani takardan saki, kafin ya bani wannan takardar,mun samu matsala na bar gidanshi tsawon shekara daya da wata tara,kuma Daman tsawon zaman mu tare shekara bakwai ban taba samun ciki ba,yaya iddata zata kasance ?

  Allah ya shar'anta idda saboda manufofi da yawa daga ciki akwai: bawa miji damar kome Idan saki daya ne ko biyu, ta yiwu wani daga cikin ma'aurata ya yi nadama, Tare da cewa babban makasudin shi ne tabbatar da kubutar mahaifa, Amma ba shi kadai ba ne.

SHIN SAYYIDINA UMAR YA TABA BINNE 'YARSHI ?

Assalamu alaikum malam, shin don Allah ina gaskiyar lamarin da ake cewa : Umar yana kuka wataran kuma sai a ga yana dariya, har aka tambaye shi, sai yake cewa : ya tuna 'yarsa da ya rufe a zamanin jahiliyya shi ne yake kuka ?

Amsa :
To dan'uwa tabbas wannan maganar ta yadu a wajan masu wa'azi da masu huduba akan minbarai, saidai ba ta da tushe, kuma karya ce, saboda abubuwa kamar haka :


1. Masana tarihi sun tabbatar da cewa : matar Umar R.A ta farko a rayuwarsa, ita ce Zainab 'yar Maz'un wacce ta Haifa masa Hafsan da Annabi s.a.w. ya aura, don haka Hafsa ita ce babbar 'yarsa, kuma da ita ake masa alkunya, don haka idan bai rufe babba ba daga cikin 'ya'yansa, ta yaya zai bunne wacce ta zo daga baya ?, tare da cewa :
ita kan ta Hafsan an haife ta ne kafin a aiko Annabi s.aw. da shekara biyar, ka ga kenan abin da ta riska na jahiiliyya ba shi da yawa .


2. Wacce ake cewa Umar ya bunneta da ranta, gaba daya littatafan tarihi ba su fadi labarinta ba, ko su kirga ta a cikin 'ya'yansa ba.
3. Sannan kabilar Adiy wacce Umar ya fito daga cikinta ba su shahara da binne 'ya'ya mata ba, a zamanin jahiliyya.


4. Dogon bincike ya nuna cewa : babu wannan kissa kwata-kwata a cikin littattafan Ahlussunah, asalinta daga littatafan 'yan shi'a aka cirota, don haka su ne suka kirkire ta, dama kuma sun saba yin kage ga sahabban Annabi s.aw.

SHIN AZUMIN ASHURA YANA KANKARE MANYAN ZUNUBAI ?


Tambaya :
Malam ina da tambaya, Irin ayyuka na azumin ashura arfa, Misali na ashura kaffarane na shekarar da ta gabata, Shin malam yana kankare manyan zunubai irin su shirka, mua'mala da kudin ruwa da sauransu, Malam yaya maganar magabata game da tambayata.


Amsa :
To dan'uwa hadisi ya tabbata daga Annabi s.a.w cewa : Azumin ashura yana kankakare zunubin shekara daya" kamar yadda Muslim ya rawaito a hadisi mai lamba ta : 1162.

Malamai magabata suna cewa azumin ashura da na Arfa suna kankare kananan zunubai ne kawai, amma manya sai an tuba Allah yake gafarta su, sun kafa hujja da fadin Annabi s.a.w, inda yake cewa : 

"Salloli guda biyar da Ramadhana zuwa Ramadhana suna kankare abin da yake tsakaninsu, mutukar an bar manyan zunubai" Muslim a hadisi mai lamba ta : 233 .

Wannan hadisin yana nuna cewa : sallolin farilla da azumin Ramadhana ba sa kankare manyan zunubai, ka ga kuwa ta yaya azumin nafila kamar na ashura da na ranar Arfa zai kankare su ?
Wannan ita ce maganar Nawawy a littafinsa Alminhaj sharhin sahihi Muslim a 4/308, da kuma Ibnul-kayyim a littafinsa : Aljawabul-kafy shafi na : 13 .

MAHAIFIYATA TA RASU, ANA BIN TA AZUMI !

Tambaya :
Aslm mlm dan Allah ina da tambaya : tun kafin a kama azumi uwata ba ta da lafiya har akayi sallah, rana ta 16 ga watan karamar sallah Allah yayi mata rasuwa, shin za mu ranka mata azumi ko ba sai mun ranka ba ? Allah ya saka da hairi.


Amsa :
To malam mutukar rashin lafiyar ta zarce mata, har zuwa lokacin mutuwarta, to ba za ku rama mata ba, tunda ba sakaci ta yi ba, saboda fadin Allah madaukaki :
"Kuma duk wanda yake mara lafiya ko matafiyi to sai ya rama a kwanaki na daban" Bakara aya ta : 185, wato bayan Ramadahana, 

idan mara lafiya ya samu sauki, ko matafiyi ya dawo , Ka ga wanda bai samu sauki ba har ya mutu, zai zama bai kai lokacin da zai rama ba, don haka sai ya saraya akan shi . .

Amma idan ta samu damar ramawa, ta yi sakaci ba ta rama ba har ta mutu, to sai makusancinta ya rama mata, saboda fadin Annabi s.a.w.

: "Duk wanda ya mutu akwai azumi akansa, to sai makusancinsa ya rama masa" . 

kamar yadda Bukhari ya rawaito shi a hadisi mai lamba ta : 1851. Duba Fataawa nuru aladdarb lamba ta : 247.

NAMAN DOKI HALAL NE?|DR.JAMILU YUSUF ZAREWA

NAMAN DOKI HALAL NE

Tambaya :
Assalamu Alaikum dan Allah tambayar ita ce shin akwai wani hadith ko Aya wacce ta nuna cewa cin naman [doki] haramun ne?

Amsa :

To Dan'uwa babu wata aya baro-baro ko wani hadisi wanda ya haramta cin naman doki, kuma mafi yawan malamai sun tafi akan hallacin cin naman doki, saboda hadisin Asma'u 'yar Abubakar, inda take cewa :


"Mun soke wani doki a zamanin annabi s.a.w sai muka cinye shi"
Bukhari : 5191
Saidai Ibnu Abbas da Imamu Malik sun tafi akan haramcinsa, saboda Allah ya fada a cikin suratu Annahl aya ta : 8 cewa ya halicci doki ne don a hau, a kuma yi ado, wannan sai yake nuna ba za'a ci ba.


Zance mafi inganci shi ne hallacin cin naman doki, saboda hadisin da ya gabata, sannan ayar da Imamu Malik ya kafa hujja da ita ba ta fito baro-baro ta hana cin doki ba, domin kasancewar an ce ana hawanta ko ana ado da ita, ba ya hana a ci .

NA SHA NONON MATATA , YAYA AURANMU ?|DR JAMILU YUSUF ZAREWA

NA SHA NONON MATATA , YAYA AURANMU ? Tambaya : Don Allah malam ya matsayin mutumin da ya sha nonon matarsa, ya aurensu yake ?

Amsa : To dan'uwa Allah madaukakin sarki ya halatta maka jin dadi da dukkkan bangarorin jikin matarka, in ban da dubura ko kuma saduwa da ita lokacin da take haila, don haka ya halatta ka tsotsi nononta mutukar babu ruwa a ciki, amma idan akwai ruwa a ciki, to malamai sun yi sabani akan halaccin hakan zuwa maganganu guda biyu : 

1. Ya halatta, saboda kasancewar nonon da yake haramta aure shi ne wanda aka sha kafin yaro ya cika shakaru biyu, saboda fadin Annabi s.a.w. "Shayarwar da take haramtawa, ita ce wacce yaro ya sha saboda yunwa" , Bukhari lamba ta : 5102, ma'ana lokacin da ba zai iya wadatuwa ba daga nono, saboda shi ne abincinsa, shi kuma wannan ya faru ne bayan mutum ya girma don haka ba zai yi tasiri ba wajan haramta aure, wannan ita ce maganar mafi yawan malamai . 

2. Bai halatta ya sha ba, saboda ko da yaushe mutum ya sha nonon mace to ta haramta a gare shi, domin Annabi s.aw. ya umarci matar Abu-huzaifa da ta shayar da Salim, don ta haramta a gare shi, kamar yadda Muslim ya rawaito a hadisi mai lamba ta : 2636, tare da cewa a lokacin Salim ya riga ya girma, wannan sai yake nuna cewa idan babba ya sha nono to zai yi tasiri wajan haramcin aure . 

Zancen da ya fi karfi shi ne ya halatta miji ya sha nonon matarsa, saidai rashin shan shi ne ya fi, saboda fita daga sabanin malamai yana da kyau, don neman Karin bayani duba : 

Bidayatul-mujtahid 2\67 Allah ne mafi sani

Amsa : To 'yar'uwa wannan mas'alar ta kasu kashi biyu :

1- Idan ya zama dakinki yana like da masallacin, to tabbas wannan ya halatta, saboda nana A'isha ta bi sallar kisfewa rana daga dakinta, a zamanin Annabi s.a.w. kamar yadda Bukhari ya rawaito hakan a hadisi mai lamba ta : 184, sannan Abdurrazak ya rawaito cewa : takan bi ragowar salloli daga dakinta" kamar yadda ya zo a littafinsa na Musannaf a hadisi mai lamba ta : 4883, 
saboda dakinta a jikin masallacin yake.



2.idan ya zama dakin ba ya hade da masallacin, to zance mafi inganci shi ne : bai halatta ki bi ba, saboda a zamanin Annabi s.a.w. sahabbai suna haduwa ne a wuri daya ne idan za su yi sallar jam'i, ba sa rarrabuwa, wannan sai yake nuna cewa,

Don Allah ina da tambaya: wai ma ye riba a musulunci? kuma idan mutum ya siyi abu nera 5 ya halatta ya saida akan nera 8 ? Amsa : To malama riba ta kasu kashi biyu :


1. Akwae ribar jinkiri, kamar ka ba mutum bashin naira hamsin, ka nemi ya dawo maka da naira sittin, ko kuma idan ka bawa mutum bashi, ya yi jinkirin biya, ka ninninka masa kudin da ka ba shi, irin ribar da ake amsa a banki, za ta shiga cikin wannan bangaren.

2. Ribar fi-fiko, kamar yanzu, ki bada naira 1100 tsofafi, a ba ki naira 1000 sababbi, ko kuma ki bayar da shinkafa 'yar gwamnati kwano uku, a ba ki shinkafa ta gida kwano hudu. Duka wadannan nau'oin guda biyu Allah ya haramta su, kuma ya kwashe musu albarka. 

Amma idan mutum ya sayi abu naira 5, ya sayar naira 8, wannan ba'a kiran shi riba a musulunci, saboda yana daga cikin riibar da Allah ya halatta, saidai ana so idan mutum yana siyar da kaya ya saukaka, Annabi s.aw

yana cewa : "Rahamar Allah ta tabbata ga mutumin da idan zai siyar da kaya yake rangwame", kamar yadda ya zo a hadisin Bhukari mai lamba ta : 2076

Jiya na yi rubutu akan hukuncin kiran sallah ga yaran da aka haifa, saidai wasu sun yi magangaanu akai. Na gode sosai da bayanan wasu daga cikin 'yan'uwa, 

saidai kamar yadda wasu daga cikinku suka fada addini ba'a yinsa sai da hujja, don haka wadannan hadisai ba su inganta ba, 

shi ya sa ba za'a iya amfani da su ba, wasu daga cikin malamai sun yi amfani da kyautata hadisin da Albani ya yi, da kuma Tirmizi da ya inganta shi, wannan ne ya sa suke amfani da hadisin,

saidai shi Albani ya dawo daga rakiyar hadisin, ga abin da yake cewa : "Na taba kyautata hadisin kiran sallah a kunnen yaro ta hanyar SHAWAHID,
saboda ya zo da sanadi mai rauni a wajan Tirmizy,
sannan Baihaky ya rawaito shi da wani sanadin mai rauni a Shu'abul iman, to amma lokacin da na koma sanadin Shu'abul iman, sai na ga akwai maruwaita guda biyu wadanda ake zarginsu da karya, wannan ya sa na dawo daga rakiyar kyautata hadisin",

saboda a wajan malamai, hadisin da yake akwai MATRUK, wato wanda ake zargi da karya, ba zai karfafi dan'uwansa ba.

HUKUNCI BIN MASABUKI SALLAH Tambaya : Assalamu alaika 
warahamatullah  mallam.

Shin ya halatta abi wanda bai samu cikakken jam'i ba sallah?Misali,na zo masallaci na taradda jam'i na sallar asr saura raka'a 2, da aka idar na mike tsaye don karasa raka'a 2 da ta ragemin, sai ga makararre ya sake hada jam'i da ni.

Shin wannan jam'in na 2 ya halatta? Idan ya halatta,tare da hujjoji. Amsa :

To dan'uwa malamai sun yi sabani akan wannan mas'alar zuwa zantuka guda biyu :
Malaman Hanafiyya da Malikiyya, sun tafi akan haramcin hakan, saboda ba'a samu magabata suna yi ba, sannan kuma shi masabuki ba liman ba ne, Annabi s.a.w.


kuma ya yi umarni da bin liman ne kawai, sannan hakan zai iya jawowa sallah ta yi karewa, tun da wanda ya bi masabuki, shi ma in ya gama yana ramako wani zai iya zuwa ya bi shi, don haka sai ya haramta . 

Duba Fathul-kadeer 1\277 da kuma Mawahibul-jalil 4\489.


Malaman Shafi'iyya da kuma Hanabila a mafi ingancin zancensu, sun tafi akan halaccin hakan, saboda hadisin Ibnu Abbas lokacin da ya ga Annabi yana sallah da daddare sai ya bi shi, kamar yadda Bukhari ya rawaito a hadisi mai lamba ta :666,

A wannan hadisin za mu fahimci cewa ya halatta mutum ya zama liman a tsakiyar sallah, ko da kuwa bai yi niyyar hakan ba tun daga farko, tun da Annabi s.a.w bai hana Ibnu Abbas ba lokacin da ya bi shi, tare da cewa ba su fara da shi ba, sannan kuma duk lokacin da masabuki ya rabu da liman to yana daukar hukuncin mai sallah shi kadai ne,

don haka sai ya halatta a bi shi .
Duba Nihayatul-muhtajj 2\233 da kuma Insaf 2\36.

ZANCEN DA YA FI INGANCI SHI NE ZANCE NA BIYU SABODA ABIN DA YA GABATA DA KUMA HADISAN DA SUKE NUNA FALALAR SALLAR JAM'I.

HUKUNCIN DILLANCIN AURE TAMBAYA : Malam menene hukuncin 'yan matan da suke bada hotunansu ga tsofafi don su nema musu mijin aure ? AMSA Addinin musulunci ya haramta kallo zuwa ga matar da ba muharrama ba, sai in akwai lalura, amma ya halatta ka kalli mace, idan kana so ka aure ta, kamar yadda ya zo a cikin hadisi, inda Annabi s.a.w. yake cewa : "Idan dayanku yana neman aure, to in ya sami damar kallon abin da zai kira shi zuwa aurenta, to ya aikata hakan" ABU DAWUD Malamai sun yi sabani akan wurin da ya kamata mutum ya kalla a jikin mace lokacin da ya je neman aure : 1. Akwai wadanda suka ce zai kalli fuska da tafin hannu ne kawai. 2. Wasu malaman sun tafi akan cewa : zai kalleta a kayan da take sawa a cikin gida, ta fuskace shi ya kalle ta, sannan ta juya baya ya kalleta. Wannan ra'ayin shi ne ya fi dacewa, saboda ta haka mutum zai san yanayin matar da zai aura. Ta hanyar bayanan da suka gabata, za mu iya fahimtar cewa aikin dalilin aure ya hallata, amma da sharuda, ga wasu daga ciki : 1. Ya zama hoton ya fito da asalin fuskar matar, bai KWARZANTA ta ba, ta yadda za'a iya yaudarar namijin, ko a rude shi. 2. Ya zama wacce za'a bawa hoton mai amana ce, ta yadda ba za ta nunawa wanda ba shi da nufin aure ba, saboda asali ya haramta ayi kallo zuwa ga matar da ba muharrama ba, sai in akwai lalura, sai ga wanda yake nufin aurarta, wannnan yana nuna cewa, bai halatta asa irin wannan hoton na neman aure ba , a face book, ko a jarida. 3. Ka da hoton ya kun shi fito da tsaraici, ya wajaba a tsaya a iya inda shari'a ta bada umarni. 4. Zai fi dacewa ace mace ce za ta yi dalilin aure, saboda in namiji ne, zai iya fitinuwa da hotunan da yake gani, sai barna ta auku, don haka ita ma macen ya wajaba ta ji tsoron Allah a cikin aikinta.

HUKUNCIN ASKE GEMU|DR JAMILU YUSUF ZAREWA

HUKUNCIN ASKE GEMU Tambaya : Malam menene hukuncin tsayar da gemu shin wajibi ne ko mustahabbi?, sannan aske shi haramun ne ko makaruhi ne ? wato yinsa banza barinsa banza . Amsa : To dan'uwa Annabi s.aw yana cewa : (Ku sabawa mushrikai, ku cika gemu, ku rage gashin baki), kamar yadda ya zo a hadisin Bukhari mai lamba ta : 5553 da kuma Muslim a lamba ta : 259. Wannan yasa da yawa daga cikin malamai suka tafi akan wajabcin tsayar da gemu da kuma haramcin aske shi, har ma wasu malaman kamar Ibnu Hazm sun hakaito ijma'in malamai akan haka, kamar yadda ya zo a littafinsa na maratibul ijma'i shafi na : 157. Malamai suna cewa har abin da aka rawaito daga wasu sahabbai kamar Ibnu Umar cewa suna rage gemu idan ya kai wani geji, to suna yi ne lokacin hajji saboda suna ganin hakan na daga cikin rage kazantar da alhaji yakan yi bayan ya gama aikin hajjinsa. Sannan gemu na daga cikin abubuwan da ke karawa namiji kwarjini da kyau, shi ya sa za ka ga wanda yake aske shi yana kama da tsohuwar da kyanta ya disashe, kamar yadda Sa'adi ya fadi a Bahjatu kulubul abrar shafi na : 50 Saidai malamai suna cewa idan mutum yana garin da za'a iya kashe shi idan ya bar gemunsa, to zai iya askewa saboda lalura, saidai ya wajaba kowacce lalura kar ta wuce gwargwadonta . Don neman karin bayani duba littafin : Wujubu I'ifa'ul liha . Allah ne mafi sani

INA RUBUTAWA DALIBAI WAEC, MENENE MATSAYINA ? Tambaya : Assalamu alaikum mallam shin ya matsayi na ya ke ? Ina taimakawa wadanda suka dade da gama makarantar sakandare wajen rubuta waec neco etc, kasancewar ba za su iya ba, ko kuma wadanda ba su samu backgorund mai kyau ba a sakandarensu, to shin mallam hakan da matsala? Amsa : To malam rubutawa wani jarrabawa zai shiga cikin algus din da Allah ya haramta, domin za'a baiwa wani aikin da wani ya yi, ba tare da lalura ba, Annabi s.a.w. yana cewa a cikin hadisin Muslim mai lamba ta : 279, "Duk wanda ya yi mana algus to ba ya cikinmu" Rubutawa wani jarrabawa yana da illoli masu dimbin yawa, daga ciki : zai sanya a samu malaman da ba su cancanta ba, sannan zai jawo a cutar da al'umma, domin yanzu idan ka rubutawa wanda yake a fannin liktanci jarrabawa, ka ga zai iya zuwa ya bada magani ko ya yi tiyata ba bisa ka'ida ba. Sannan lalurar da mutane suke kafa hujja da ita ta cewa : dalibai da yawa ba za su shiga jami'o'i ba, in ba'a taimaka musu ta wannan hanyar ba, ba zai iya zama hujja ba a shari'ance, domin za su iya ware wasu watanni su yi karatun mutukar sun yarda da bukatar su ta shiga jami'ar, ga shi kuma barnar da take cikin rubuta musu jarrabawar ta fi maslahar shigarsu jami'a girma, saboda haka sai abin ya zama ya haramta, domin idan kana so ka gane abu haramun ne ko halal, to ka kalli barna da maslahar da take ciki, in maslaha ta fi yawa to ya zama halal, in kuma barna ta fi yawa to ya zama haram, kasancewar za'a iya samun malaman da ba su cancanta ba, yana nuna girman barnar da take ciki, ga kuma kasancewarsa dangwashe da algus din da Allah ya haramta, ga shi kuma zai jawo mutane su zama kasalallu masu ci da gumin wasu. Allah ne ma fi sani.

Don haka bai hallata ta bari wata mace ta kalli sama da wannan wurin da aka iyakance ba, amma idan kafira ce matar to malamai sun yi bayani cewa ba za ta kalli wani abu ba, sai abin da ya saba bayyana, don haka sai a kula lokacin da za'a je dilka wajan wacce ba musulma ba, don kada garin neman gira a rasa ido . HUKUNCIN ZAMAN MAKOKI Tambaya : Malam mahaifina ya rasu, sai wani malamin islamiyyarmu ya ce min ba kyau zaman makoki, to gaskiya kaina ya daure, saboda na taso na ga ana yi, kuma idan ban yi ba za'a ce ban damu da mahifinmu ba, malam yanzu yaya zan yi ? Allah ya datar da kai zuwa dukkan alkairai . Amsa : To dan'uwa Allah ya ba mu dacewa gaba daya, tabbas malamai sun tattauna akan hukuncin zaman makoki, saidai sun kasu kashi uku : 1. Akwai wadanda suka tafi akan makaruhi ne, saboda hadisin Jarir RA wanda Imamu Ahmad ya rawaito cewa: "Mun kasance muna kirga taruwa yayin mutuwa da kuma yin abinci ga gidan da aka yi mutuwa daga cikin rurin da Allah da ya haramta" , Musnad : 6905, don haka suna cewa, saidai a hadu da wadanda aka yiwa rasuwa akan hanya ko a kasuwa, ko masallaci ayi musu ta'aziyya, wannan ita ce maganar Shafi'i a cikin Umm 1\318, haka Nawawy a Majmu'u 3\306 . 2. Akwai wadanda suka ta tafi akan cewa bidi'a ne, kamar Ibnul-kayyim a zadul ma'ad 1\527 3. Akwai malaman da suka tafi akan halaccin zaman makoki, saboda hadisin da nana A'isha ta rawaito cewa, lokacin da aka kashe Zaid dan Haritha da Ja'afar dan Abu-dalib Annabi s.a.w. ya zauna a wani wuri, duk wanda ya gan shi zai ga alamun bakin cikin tare da shi, sai wani mutum ya zo ya ce masa : ga matan Ja'afar can suna ta kuka, sai Annabi s.a.w ya umarce shi da ya je ya hana su, su kuma yi hakuri" Bukhari hadisi mai lamba ta : 1299. Wadannan malaman suna cewa : Za'a iya fahimtar hallacin zaman makoki a wannan hadisin a wurare guda biyu : A. Fadin nana A'isha cewa : ya zauna ana ganin alamun bakin ciki tare da shi da kuma zuwan wancan mutumin, dalili ne da yake nuna cewa : yana zaune ne a wurin da mutane suka sani kuma suke zuwa su same shi. B. Kasancewar bai hana matan Ja'afar taruwar da suka yi ba, kawai kukan ya yi umarni da a hana su. Wannan magaanar ta hallaci an rawaitota daga Imamu Ahmad kamar yadda ya zo a Insaf 5\565 da kuma Ibnu-Abdulbarr na Malakiyya,, kamar yadda ya zo a littafinsa na Alkafy 1\283, sannan wasu daga cikin Hanafiyya sun tafi akan haka kamar yadda ya zo a Binaya 3\303 Prof. Khalid Al-mushakih (daya daga cikin manyan daliban Sheik Bn Uthaimin) ya rinjayar da zance na uku, saidai za'a guji abubuwa kamar haka a lokacin wannan zaman : 1. Yawaita yin abinci, da masu karbar gaisuwa, zai yi kyau ya zama makusantansa ne kawai za su amshi gaisuwa. 2. Nisantar yin laccoci a wurin, domin hakan na daga cikin bidi'o'in da ba su da hujja. 3. Nisantar tsawaita zaman, a yi shi gwarwadon bukata. Duba : Fiqhunnawazil na Khalid Al-mushaikih shafi na : 75 Allah ne mafi sani.

MAGANAR GASKIYA AKAN TSOTSAR AL'AURA GA MA'AURATA ( Oral sex) :

An tambayi dan uwa Dr Jamilu Zarewa dangane da halaccin tsotsar al'aura ga ma'aurata kuma Dr, Allah ya saka masa da alheri ya bada fatawar halacci, duba da dalilai da suke nuni akan haka.
Bayan yaduwar wannan fatawa a kafar sadarwa ta zamani ( social media) se daya daga cikin 'yan uwa malamai yayi rubutu akan wannan fatawar ta Dr Zarewa kuskure ce, shima ya kawo dalilansa,
Lallai wannan shine ilimi kuma haka manhajin mu yake.
Amma maganar gaskiya itace fatawar halaccin, kamar yadda Dr Zarewa yayi fatawa.
Ga kadan daga cikin dalilai akan halaccin hakan ( Oral sex) :

1- Imamaul-bahuty ya fada a littafin "Alkashf" 5/209:
" alkali Abu ya'ala alhanbaly yace : " sunbantar farjin mace ya halatta kafin jima'i, an karhanta bayan gama jima'i ".

2- imamul-mardawy ya naqalto a cikin Al-insaaf 8/33 yace : daga A'da' yace : " za'a iya lasar farjin ko sumbantarsa.

3- wannan itace fatawar Alfatuhy ya bayar a cikin Muntahal-iradaat 4/55.

4- Imamu Alqurduby ya naqalto a cikin Tafsirin sa 12/231 :
" mutane sunyi sabani wajen halaccin mutum yaga al'aurar Matar sa zuwa magana biyu : a ciki yake cewa " malam Asbag daga cikin malaman mu yace: " ya halatta ga Miji ya lashi (farjin) Matar sa da harshe".

5- Imam Assuyudy a cikin "shaqa'iqul-utrujj" shafi na 107:
" an tambayi Asbag : shin Miji ze iya kallar farjin Matar sa yayin jima'i? Se yace:
" eh, ze iya lasa, yana nufin da harshen sa, babu laifi.
Daga cikin malaman wannan zamanin wadanda suka tafi akan halaccin hakan akwai:

* As-Sheikh Dr saleh bn Muqbil
A taqaice wannan itace magana ta gaskiya akan halaccin tsotsar al'aura ga ma'aurata.

Ya halatta namiji ya yi kunshi a gemunsa da kansa, da launin da yake ba baki ba, kamar yadda Annabi  s.a.w. ya yi umarni a yiwa Abu-Khuhafa mahaifin sayyadi Abubakar R.A lokacin da ya musulunta ranar bude Makka a hadisin Ibnu Hibban mai lamba: 5472 Wanda Shuaibu Al'ar'na'u'd ya inganta.
Ya wajaba namiji ya nisanci duk wani kunshi da zai zama kamanceceniya da mata, saboda Allah ya la'anci namijin da yake kamanceceniya da mata kamar yadda ya tabbata a hadisin Tirmizi mai lamba ta: 2784.                                                                                                                            Yana daga cikin ka'diojin da ya kamata a sani cewa: Kamanceceniya da mata yana iya banbanta daga wuri zuwa wuri, yana sabawa daga al'ada zuwa wata.

Daga nan sai suka zo gurina da matar, na tambaye shi (shi Aljanin) dalilin da ya sa ya shiga cikinta, ya ba ni labarin dalilan, ya yi magana da harshen matar amma maganar maganar na miji ne ba maganar mace ba. (Hakan ya faru ne) alhalin tana cikin wata kujera da ke kusa da ni, dan’uwanta, da ‘yar’uwarta, da wasu sashin Malamai suna shaidar hakan, suna jin maganar Aljanin a lokacin da yake tabbatar da musuluncinsa a fili, na yi masa nasiha, na yi masa wasiyyar takawar Allah, da kuma cewa ya fita daga wannan matar, ya nisanci zaluntarta, ya kuma karba mini hakan ya ce: Ni na gamsu da Musulunci. Na yi masa wasiyyar ya kira jama’arsa zuwa ga Musulunci. Ya bar matar da aka ambata, karshen kalmar da ya hurta ita ce: Assalaamu Alaikum, daga nan sai matar ta yi magana da irin harshenta da aka saba (ji), ta kuma ji lafiyar jikinta da samun hutu daga gajiyar da ya sanya mata. Daga nan sai ta sake dawowa gurina bayan wata ta kuma ba ni labarin cewa tana cikin alheri da lafiya)).

A zahiri taron sunan da mata suke yi al'ada ne, tun da mata ba sa yinsa da nufin samun lada ko karawa abin da aka haifa albarka. Mata suna yinsa ne don taya juna farin ciki, da kuma nuna annashuwa saboda karuwar da aka samu, wannan yasa haramta shi yake bukatar Nassi, tun da babin al'adu da mu'amalolin mutane a bude yake, sai abin da sharia ta haramta.
