Sai dai wani abin da ya ja hankalina fiye da wancan aiki, shi ne irin yadda wasu suke so su nuna cewa tunda ba a ji motsin hisba ko bakin malamai ba a kan wannan lamari, to ba a yi wa yar fim din nan ba adalci! Kuma an zalunce ta yayin da aka ce abin da ta yi ba daidai ba ne!. Subhanallahi, wannan magana ce ta jahilci da rashin sani, ko kuma ta munafunci da kiyayya ga hukumar hisba da malamai, saboda dalilai masu zuwa :
1. Duk abin da yake laifi ne a shari'a to baya zama mai kyau, don wani ya yi, an kyale shi, mummuna mummuna ne, abin da yar gidan Gwamnan Kano ta yi, sabawa shari'a ne, haka ma abin nan da yar fim ta yi, yana nan a sabawa shari'a, kuma wadanda suka yi magana a kan abun, ko suka yi mata wa'azi a wancan lokaci sun yi daidai, ba kuma ranar da wannan aiki nata zai zama daidai ko shiriya, kowaye ya aikata shi.
2. Malamai irinsu Imam Khurdubi a tafsirinsa da Sheikh Al-Shinkidi da sauransu sun yi bayanin halaccin mutum ya hana mummunan aiki, koda kuwa yana aikatawa, idan kuwa ya gani a na yi, yaki hanawa, saboda ganin shi ma yana yi, to ya yi laifi biyu kenan, aikatawa, da kuma rashin hanawa, don haka koda mun kaddara malamai da yan hisba sun kasa hana, ko yin magana a kan abin da yar Gwamna ta yi, wannan baya hana su ci gaba da aikin umarni da kyakkyawan aiki da hana mummuna, gwargwadon ikonsu da abin da zasu iya.
3. Dukkan Musulmi aikinsa ne umarni da kyakkyawa da hana mummuna kamar yadda hadisi ya nuna, don haka maimaikon wadannan mutane su saki alkalaminsu kan malamai da yan hisba, don me baza su sake su a kan ita yar Gwamna ba, da ta yi abin da ta yi, don haka wannan ya nuna su ma sun fada abin da suke zargin wasu da shi, na an aikata mummunan abu amma sun yi shiru!.
4. Waye yake da tabbacin dukkan malamai basu yi magana ba, rashin ji, baya nuna ba a yi ba, sau da dama zaka ga irin wadannan mutane suna ta sukan malamai a kan basu yi magana a kan wani abu ba, alhali wasunsu sun yi maganar a wurin karatukansu, ko mimbarorinsu ko wasu wurare daban, wasu ma sun yi magana ga-da-ga da mai laifin, sun yi masa wa'azi da nasiha, amma wasu a gefe sun yi kudin goro, cewa ba a yi magana ba!.
5. Hukumar hisba tana iya hana abin da ta sani ne, ko hannunta ya kai gare shi, babu mai tabbas cewa hukumar Hisba a Kano tana sane da lokaci ko wurin da aka yi wannan fitsara, kuma taki daukan mataki, sannan mu kaddara ta sani, amma ta kasa yin komai, saboda an fi karfinta, ashe wannan ba uzuri ba ne har a wurin Allah?!, don matakan hana mummunan aiki uku ne, hannu, baki, zuciya.
6. Mu kaddara ta sani, amma bata yi komai ba, shikenan sai mu ce ta daina umarni da.kyakkyawan aiki da hani da mummuna, kowa ya ci karensa ba babbaka!.
A karshe ina kira da yi wa juna kyakkyawan zato, musamman ma malaman mu, wadanda Allah ya azurtamu da su, mu sani in muka tozarta su, to bamu da wasunsu, kuma suma mutane ne, akwai abin da ya fi karfinsu, ko kuma akwai matakan da suke dauka wadanda ba lallai su yi daidai da wadanda muke zato ba.
Sannan Gwamna ya sani cewa adalci shi ne a hukunta duk wanda ya yi ba daidai ba, koda kuwa na jiki ne, kawar da kai ga mummunan aikin wani, da kyale a hukunta wani, don shi talaka ne ko ba kowa ba ne, zalunci ne, kuma hanyar halaka ce.
Allah Ya shiryar da mu, gabadaya. Ameen.
